She's playing the wrong version.

Superb, compelling playing. I've only recently 'discovered' Diane Bish (thanks to You Tube) and thoroughly enjoy her performances. Unlike some UK concert organists I could mention, she's never boring; indeed, quite the opposite - she's a wonderful musical communicator. I hope I have the chance to hear her play at a recital here in the UK at some future time.
What a hideously ugly console, though!!

Very fine, indeed! Wonderful rhythmic drive. The organ sounds great.
Thanks.

Thank you again for another wonderful performance by the phenomenal Daine Bish.

Hi - Could anyone tell me about the trange looking console? I am assuming that the stops are located on that pull out thing to the left that looks like a switch board.
Thanks

Good performance on beautiful organ. But, surely this is Mushel's Tarrantella - not a Toccata. I have know this peice all my life and have an old 45ep featuring Noel Rawsthorne playing on Portsmouth Cathedral Organ and it is a Tarrentella. Can anyone confirm this?

Sometimes she's wearing Snow White- clothes, but her performance is always great.

The sheet music is in 'Modern Organ Music' book 2. It's published by OUP. Enjoy!

I'm afraid I can't help with that. I play everything by ear.
