How did you prepare the site & soil before you came out? Did you JUST plant this stuff last week? Aren't you supposed to use the fertilizer before you plant? I'm a newbie & am planning on planting a few small plots on our 40 acres next spring. Make sure you post something when it pops.

Thanks for the info and ideas. It just goes to show that you dont need an ATV or tractor is produce something that will attract deer. I would like to see how that little plot turned out though.
