Hi Bitoy, what is the difference between this longganisa and the red longganisa they sell at palengke? and how do I make that version?

@sickoicko It's the same simply I did not use red food coloring. Just add 1/4 tsp. powdered red food coloring every 1 kilo of longganisa. BTW palengke longganisa is not smoked... (",)

Mang Bitoy, there is some liquid in the little bowl but u didn't say what it was?? It wasn't on ur ingredients. May I ask what is it please?
