Yes, it is in full 1080p HD, I checked on my TV! This was a tour was done on a Saturday. It's admittedly a bit blurry and jerky in places, but I didn't have a tripod for this one! This was also my first attempt at Sony Vegas Pro 8, and it's so much better than Windows Movie Maker, because in WMM you can define photo lengths to the 1/8th of a second, while on SVP you can do it to the .001 of a second! Also you can actually preview it without it crashing, and there are a lot more rendering options (the first one was an AVI which took up 10GB =S) Thanks for rating, commenting and subbing =]

  • i like this

  • @tobiosnmakky Thank you!! It took a long time to do, but it was all worth it =]

  • What a gorgeous video travelogue. My only complaint is that it's too short in duration, otherwise, it's ace! :-)

  • @ajbalfour Thank You!!!!!! Now I look back at it almost a year on, I can see there are a couple of things which I've learnt, such as to make sure your editing program can handle it smoothly, and don't take the tour anywhere dark. Thanks for the feedback, I'd probably make it longer if I tried it again! =]

  • Awesome Job Kieran. So you do have blue skies out there once in awhile huh?

  • There were some old people, and I didn't really want them in the shot so I took a 4-second diversion. I thought you'd be mor einterested in the horrible camera blur at 0:23 and 0:53 - that was because I didn't have a tripod and it was dark, so longer exposure time (because of dark) + non steady hand = blur!

  • Did you go the wrong way between 0:38 and 0:42?

  • nice!
