MOUNTAIN VIEW, AR-Tucked away in the tree tops of Northern Central Arkansas, Loco Ropes lives up to its name.

"They say I'll only do that when Pigs Fly, and I say I guess they fly because you want to do the impossible thing," said owner Judy Cox.

She said it's a dream she's been working on for three years. She was first inspired to build the course when she saw kids hanging out in a parking lot without anything to do. Now, they are one of a handful of zip line courses. They are unique in that they cater to ages 4 to 79.

Cox said, "You hear that kid coming through the trees and they say, 'Ah that was awesome!' You know it just does your heart good."

There are more than 30 obstacles that test your balance, teamwork, and strength. They are broken up by difficulty starting at beginners, intermediate, and then advanced. It is home to a variety of activities including Tarzan ropes, swinging blanks, rope bridges, and a climbing wall.

Facilitator Dru Edmonds said, "It's really fun to see people challenge themselves and have a good time in the trees."

Edmonds along with two other instructors took the Channel 7 crew through the safety demo. He explained they use a system of pulleys, trolleys, and clips so the harness is always connected to a line.

Throughout the course you are forced to flex your brain, muscles, and most importantly confidence.
