I know this sounds silly, but while I was hooping I envisioned myself as a bird with two beautiful wings dancing and moving with the music. When talking to my friend afterwards about my experience she suggested calling it "Twin Wings" which completely captures how I feel about this way of hooping. Thanks Bita for your awesome suggestion! :-)

The song is by Loreena McKennitt and is called "The Mystic'c Dream."

  • Oh this makes me cry in awe.....You are amazing Lisa and a very inspiring artist. I watched mona's too. You both are very inspiring- however this video captured me in a trace with your beautiful performance. Not to mention I am a huge fan of Loreen McKennitt myself. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful hooping experience to us. XOX
