Talking real estate at Chicago's Bike the Drive

While many thousands of Chicagoans were biking Lake Shore Drive at the annual Bike the Drive event, my son Jordan, Francesca Rose and I were walking Lake Shore Drive, pausing to talk about each building along the way.

We started at the Drake Hotel, on Michigan Avenue, and walked east and south to the Chicago River. You'll see the results on YouTube shortly.

Where East Lake Shore Drive meets North Lake Shore Drive we met real estate agent Colette Connelly pedaling the Drive. She stopped for a chat about an East LSD property she'll soon be putting back on the market at a price of $6 million. You'd instantly recognize the owner's name, but protocols prevent us from stating it. Rose and Connelly are both affiliated with Prudential Rubloff.
