no they arnt, its a common misconcepion due to they have sharp teeth they are dangerous, but like the guy said, anything is in the ocean as we are in their environment, but yeah treat fish with respect and you wont get in anytrouble :)

It's wildlife, everything can be dangerous.. but it's more dangerous a smaller fish than those barracudas (i.e. stonefishes)
