DJ Z-Trip ripped an excellent exhibition set at NAMM 2010. He wasn't using any of the new products announced at the show but he is always on point and was a thrill to see so close.
@coolioisafoolio Try watching/listening to Glenn Gould perform The Goldberg Variations or the Well-tempered Clavier and maybe you'll realize that ztrip isnt as mindbending as you think. He's become a manmachine programmed by corporate industries like Serato/Rane to entertain, that's it. He is just like the audience he is performing for.
@coolioisafoolio Are you easily amused? What you don't seem to understand is the context of the performance. Yes, "those people" are preprogrammed to certain expectations of music conventions. But, realize why you think the technology and the "performance" are so "completely floor(ing)" What the people are "seeing" is a guy pressing buttons, etc. It is HILARIOUS how he is attempting to impress the audience with his skills and failing to do so!!!!
I don't care what you say, he is the man!

Those people have no idea what they're seeing, if I was there I'd be completely floored.
