Holyfield had already once retired with a congenital heart defect and looked a shadow of his late 90's-Early 90's prime. Ray Mercer - 1996 - Mercer was 35. So poor was his record, he hadn't won a fight for 3 yrs, a controversial SD against Jesse Ferguson in 1993. He was also outclassed by a 43 yo Larry Holmes in 1991. Mercer dominated and was clearly robbed. Naturally Mercer wanted a rematch offering to donate his all his $10m purse to Charity (Project Pride-Newark). Amazingly the Vulture Lennox Lewis refused!

i maybe be wrong, but it is of course only my opinion. so tyson was way past his prime when he fought lewis, i doubt he even cared about winning, he just wanted the money. young mike was pure destruction, fast & furious:d, combination of power and speed with great technique, but i think lewis would still beat him. it would be an ugly fight, but lenox would succed in keeping the distance and eventually clinching with mike. sorry for any mistakes, english is my second language
