We don' know for sure whether this guy is telling the truth or not, but for sure we have alien technology. So many credible people have said so...

we can use to discern between the truth and a lie. I believe that this guy is not lying. Not because of the solid story but, because of his verbal and emotional presence he makes when he tells his story. There is just something to real about the way he explains this that makes me believe his story. This guy is really trying to help us understand what we should of had the right to know about in the first place. It is those who hate so much that make it hard to really get people like bob to speak

Interesting that Bob learned about magical science we couldnt imagine but yet he remains skeptical.I don't get it.If he read all those books about 64 genetic changes then why does abductions seem out of whack for him?

There is not ONE OUNCE of self-consciousness in Lazar's answers. He is either completely psychotic, or telling the truth, and there is just NO indication that their is anything wrong with him.
