@michelletmanning I do too. I wish we could both say we are very happy with our President and his actions in bringing home troops, but sadly that's not the case.

@michelletmanning ...If you understood how the world really works, and how money is created and why your country is so ridiculously in debt and about to enter the worst depression in history, you would vote Ron Paul.
-
@michelletmanning Ron Paul. Forget parties. Vote for a honest president without conflicts of interests. I have donated $ for Ron Paul's campaign...and I am Canadian. Please consider this man. He and his team are true economic geniuses opposed to the US foreign policy and war.

@Seasonchange1 We have troops in Iraq. Whether combat or "support". We have troops there. So your past tense is inappropriately used. We are in Iraq right now. We haven't left yet. And I would be lauding Obama if he would have done what he said he was going to do when he ran for office. Troops out in 2009. I liked that idea. I'm glad we don't have McCain either but Obama isn't much better. We just bombed the crap out of Libya without congressional approval.

@brad238899 ...... We did leave Iraq, the war that shouldn't happened! President Obama has to finish the job, we're very proud of him, we can't just pack and leave that war like moving out from a house, all of our combat troops are gone, we have only support troops left and soon they'll be back home also. It is so easy to blame it all on our leaders for everything they do, as far as I concern Obama is doing the right thing, thanks God that iMcMcCain or Palin are not our leaders right now

@michelletmanning Sorry, I just read what you wrote previously. So what issues that Ron Paul supports that you don't?
-
@michelletmanning So what about Ron Paul? I think he falls into your beliefs for war.
So Michelle do you feel duped? He said he would get us out of Iraq in 2009 but we are still there. Perhaps even your brother is there still as well. And now Obama despite speaking out against the constitutionality of going to war without congressional backing has started another war. Please tell me you've changed your mind on this man.

@brad238899 yup...I feel duped and disappointed, and a bit angry.

what put ypur brother there was he joined the service for the free education that turned to something the military really is.

@gfjerky it's a shame and we should have a mandatory draft for that reason. The poor who are looking for an education should not have to be the only ones who sacrifice and die for the decisions of few, and I think that when the people who really decide things in this country are faced with the prospect of having to send their own blood to the front lines, they may actually take human lives into consideration when deciding to go to war.

ron paul was the only candidate who ran on bringing home the troops. you got fooled.
blackcherry1212 1 year ago
@blackcherry1212 I sent Ron paul money for that very reason. I like Ron Paul's stand on war, but he brings with him a whole other set of issues that wouldn't get my vote.
