I've noticed that a lot of His older stuff sounded very dark compared to His newer stuff, which sounds a lot more ambient. A lot of the lead guitar in His older stuff sounds very much influenced by Fredrik Thordendal. Also, note the fact that the lick at 1:50 made its way into the ending of "Racecar".
@NoaOno No. The word itself suggests that it's in between happy and sad. Just check out some actual ambient music, such as Helios, and You'll see what I mean. :)
