Massage and Planter Fasciitis

Wow! Free massage advice? Very generous of you. I have been suffering from planter fasciitis for almost a year now. I am familiar with all the stretching that helps and do so on a regular basis. However, I can't seem to find any specific massage techniques to help me. Is it not a good idea to massage the calcaneus while it is already inflamed? Any help you can give is much appreciated. Thanks!

I got tendinitis in my ankle after twisting it a few years ago. Only recently has the arch in the same foot has started killing me. (I think the arch in that foot is higher too) I'm thinking of getting some arch supports too. Do you recommend a certain type?

Sometimes it's better to have a professional evaluate your arch and they can recommend the perfect arch support.

Never had any injuries to my foot or leg but lately I'm getting super intense sharp pain on the bottom of the arch that last for a few seconds then goes away.

I have been to the dr. and have very good arch supports now. Have had bad ones in the past. But I still have bad days. From what I hear it takes a long time to heal, especially if you are on your feet all day, like me. Thanks alot, any input helps. You mentioned a few things that I havent heard of before. Am willing to try anything. Peace.
