@cchllover still. She can sing with out lip synch!! Im not talking about when they sing you here their vocals from the track. Im talking about actually singing. I can tell the difference about singing with actual back ground song is on. And she was actually singing. Yes Alot of good musicians do it all the time. But I wouldn't call it lip synching.

@RockJay2NayMe what do u mean Chilli dont seem like the type to lip synch??? EVEN THE BEST HAVE LIP SYNCHED! There was only 1 full live vocal performance of No Scrubs on Chilli's behalf and that was in 1999 on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. ALL other No Scrubs live performances were sung to a PRE-RECORDED track. Lisa was the only one to rap live whenever they performed it. T-Boz & Chilli both sung Unpretty fully live that night but No Scrubs was pre-recorded
