On this particular evening, the ITV network encounters a breakdown caused by a satellite link feed from Scottish Television during that evening's edition of Wheel Of Fortune which forces Thames to make an apology on behalf of the rest of the ITV network and leaves us with some tracks from Somewhere In My Heart and Nature Trail before deciding to abandon the programme. Enjoy!!!!

  • Cwilliams1976. A Talent for Television.

  • @cwilliams1976 What exactly is genuine..? The slide is fake and the voiceover is fake.

  • @cwilliams1976 Yes there is. You're misleading people. At least call them reconstructions.

  • @Topov1981 Because there is no need to.

  • @Topov1981 It isn't entirely fake and the breakdown DID occur on this date!!!!

  • @cwilliams1976 ITV branding was never to stretch photographs out of all recognition. Why can't you just label your mocks as mocks, then it wouldn't irritate the people who are looking for the real thing, and believe me, there are a lot of irritated people.

  • @cwilliams1976 Stop talking as though this is real! You made this yourself - it is entirely fake, so stop correcting the dates!

  • @Topov1981 ITV generic holding slide captions of this period had adopted this look since 1989.

  • @seagbb Tuesday 11th June 1991 as by 1992 Thames lost their franchise in the 1991 franchise round and so Thames had abandoned the generic ITV look from late October as a result of losing its franchise to Carlton.
