Urbex: The huge abandoned castle of Noisy

During the French revolution, the Count from Liedekerke-Beaufort has left the nearby feudal castle to hide in a farm outside the village. Later, the farm took the name of castle and finally became this gigantic house.
Between WW I and II, the castle became the "Home de Noisy", a vacation camp for railwaymen's children's.
Finally abandoned in 1991, it is slowly falling in ruins since.

Btw, The local town has offered several times to take over the castle to restore it, But the family who owns the castle just wouldnt let them..

@osfaurbex Dang, that's what i figured, lol. I would love to see this place someday. Looks like someone stole the wood floor too. I dont understand why ppl vandalize cool places like this.

The spiral stair up the tower was made from marble: but that is stolen (yes I've climbed the tower... pant's still yellow ;))

Lottery not enough: it's not for sale
Story goes: City tried to buy it serveral times from the family (vacation camp was rental) by familiy won't sell
