ok found it... same riddim track as Freddy Mckay "Nah Mek It Look So" from the album "Creation" on Plant Music (been posted by wikidub)... Circa 1979 and "produced" by Ossie Hibbert... might be wrong about pablo, but there is a dub :-)

Lol... you beat Pappy to it... I know what it's like when you hear a tune you know you've heard before but can't place it... but still... this tune by Riley predates it as it was pre-released in 1978...so it seems like McKay used this Riley riddim... but well done for finding it as last...bless...

Bless Rootsradics.... this is definitely credited as a Jimmy Riley production. He first started out singing with the Uniques/Sensations...did a few solos..then went into producing his own music along with other artists. Give Thanks & Praise is one of his earliest independent productions. However, it was not unusual to use others' riddims and so you may be right...
