The reason he was called back is because Jon Venables actually turned out to be Gay, (which explains the removing of James clothing and placing of the batteries) The breach in his license was he sexually molested a young boy, shortly after being released.

For the record, I do believe he's got it coming. And YES I am better than he is, I don't go around killing toddlers and getting my jollies off child porn. Now please get off your high horse.
