If I had to pick a top 3 from all Kettlebell exercises for sure the Turkish Get Up would be there with the snatch and kettlebell clean and press.
Heck, if you REALLY wanna make The Turkish Get Up Deadly, you can perform the rep until standing up, then perform 1 snatch and 1 clean and press, then go back down to the ground!
