I know, the Russian aircraft seats are better for eject ! I watched some a videos of the crash of American Aircrafts but they had failed eject ! for example this is video that F4 crash and eject is failed ...

@aratidwell its always that "i can fix the problem" instinct that kicks in. then the plane inverted, then he had to turn it back straight and level before ejecting. such a tragedy
