    1. dont drink soda maybe once a week drink crystal light non fat and suger stuff

    2.exersice every day for 30 mins even 15

    3 cut your portions

    4.its okay to have candy only on weekends

  • @ShineingGlitter100 Please don't recommend Crystal Light... it contains Aspartame and is pure poison. You'd be better off adding cane sugar to your water.

  • @ShineingGlitter100 People also take drugs and can still appear "healthy" and "skinny"... that doesn't mean drugs are healthy or OK to take. Plus some people are more robust than others.

  • No diet will help you if you starve yourself for a while.

    You must make definitely changes, that can last more then 1 week

    Be realistic and change slowly the bad habits, until your body gets used to it.

    Stop drinking sodas, better, water, a lemonade or some fruit tea.

    Avoid mexican and chinesse food

    Serve smaller portions, do not staff yourself.

    hungry? eat an appple

    try to cook at home so you know what is on the food

    Eat at mc d. but come back walking.

  • i eat an apple and drink a 16 oz water in the morning and slimfast for lunch and a salad for dinner with ham and egg and ranch dressing ive lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks
