Since you're such a fan of unknown people offering criticism, let me offer you some criticism: Your tie is too big for your child-like frame. All the make-up you're wearing makes you look like a $5 meth whore. Your suit is obviously not tailored for you, or not properly anyway, and looks cheap and shitty. You'd look more professional in a JC Penny's outfit. Your hand motions are unnatural and distracting.
