ArcLight Cinemas Hollywood: "The Dark Knight"

Opening weekend for "The Dark Knight" (2008) at ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood.

For those of you who thought the film was a little too long ... Not in Hollywood. When the usher introduced "The Dark Knight" and said that it was going to be 2 hrs. 40 min. long, the audience cheered! It was the best movie crowd ever, and one of the best movies that I saw this summer, besides "Iron Man". And the first time viewing a movie at the ArcLight Cinema for me.

"The Dark Knight" was the first film that I watched in a theater in which 75% of the audience stayed till the very end, to watch all the credits roll.
