First of all, you just don't like cops because you've been busted before for doing something illegal so you're just mad you got caught. Second, he can't drive a lawn mower on a highway cuz it endangers himself and anyone else driving through. Third, taking a piss right there is indecent exposure, defacing private or public property and just plain wrong. Finally, It's a very good thing you aren't a cop cuz I would hate to live in the city you would work in.
