This video was created by my son for his son Trevor. The courts gave the CAS crown wardship 2 weeks ago and they are claiming it gives them the right to adopt him out from under his family.. we need all the support we can get! Suggestions and support are greatly appreciated !

Legalized kidnapping, and illegal adoption practises go on everyday in this country, Hopefully Trevor will see these videos one day and he will know he has a whole family out here that loved him, and wanted him and fought for him... We spent 2 1/2 yrs in court with them, and in the end it didn't matter they still took him and got away with it....

Then the lawyer told us they had up to 6 mos to make a judgement, so we waited when the 6mos was almost up we called the lawyer again only to be told they had made a judgement the day of the appeal to uphold the ruling for crown wardship for the purpose of adoption, and that the time had elapsed for us to be able to file another appeal, so Trevor is lost to us now until he turns 18 yrs of age.

The judge stated at trial that the CAS had NOT proven any threat against Trevor by his family and yet came back and gave them crown wardship for the purpose of adoption! We appealed it and my son's lawyer attended the appeal's court and was to do a conference call so the family could participate in the appeal.. the call never came. We repeatedly called and e-mailed the lawyer for an answer which he repeatedly stated he hadn't recieved...

if the parental right weren't terminated they can't adopt the child out! and if they do decide to terminate the dad's rights then the child is supposed to go to the extended family. these people are stealing our children for their own financial gain!

They were awarded crown wardship... there was no mention that they terminated his parental rights BUT, i'm being told by the CAS that if they are awarded crown Wardship it entitles them / allows them to proceed for adoption, and i'm not a lawyer so i don't know how valid or invalid that information is... I DO know my son has never conceeded his parental rights nor signed off atall.

What a precious boy. It is so sad that government makes it its business to destroy the lives of precious, tender hearted children. I hope the father will get back his dear son. There are SO many orphans in this world so why does CPS need to take children who already have parents? Why don`t they take the real orphans and give them a home? I just don`t get it. If it is money they can still make money off the real orphans as cruel as that is.

this is really sad and i'm sorry it happened my friend hope was taken from her mom in china and taken to the u.s she hasn't seen her since she never knew her mom i'm sure you'll get him back

The family courts are filled with liars manipulators and those of utmost deceit.

Also watch every move your own attorney makes, there are things here that are written into the law passed by politicians that should never have been made law, why because the you have idiots representing you who dont read

Within your law, they can use anything they want to do against you, and there is no way of stopping them, the law allows them to make these judgements because it says it can..

The post below is correct dont sign anything and record absolutely everything that they say and do, if they follow the path that they normally follow they will use preventative measures and abuse court processes to do that this is illegal, Social services are there to provide opportunities not be judgemental.

you guys need a lawyer who has a rep for taking child welfare down in court. do you have a copy of the request for kinship with the date it was drawn up? getting a REALLY good lawyer may be the only thing you can do to get that baby back. if you put in a letter complaining to the social worker's supervisor (keep a copy and date it) they legally have to reply to you in writing. once they do you can take it to the ombudsman. i wish you luck in your struggle.
