  • I think some of the blue bird busses I ride have this engine in them. They sound awsome!

  • If it is truely an 8.3 with a p7100 pump then this thing can make some retarded torque. Fuel plates work in this mtr. as well as the 5.9 12v. Almost the ultimate 12v.

  • thing sounds nice. i drive a 2002 Thomas with a Cummins Turbo in it. Never had a problem in it. has 230,000 miles on it.

  • For the older C family there was also the C-180, CF-180 and C-190.

  • Im Assuming it's a coincidence but the 6CTA and some ISc engines sound remarkabley like the C160 from the 1960's
