@HVACKID94 The first you can do is have a service tect come out and determine if it is the condenser fan blade or the motor or the compressor. The best way is to disconnect the compressor wiring and see how much the conderser fan vibrates. If that is ok than try the compressor. I have have been on some jobs where the condenser is over charged and the unit vibrates real bad.But check the fan blade out first, it does not take much to knock them off balance.

@HVACKID94 The rattling could be from a out of balance fan blade it does not take much to put them out of balance.

@dizziedallas Yes it is my my friend, some days are wilder then others lol. But I would not have it any other way.

@dizziedallas Ya its hard to choose lol. You threw me with the Dallas, but I know with all those rooftops it had to be Cali.

@Nutintoitbut2doit I can not decide which one I like better the disconnect on the access panel or the gas flex! And you guess right !! I live in hackifornia!

Man they used the old disconnect, and the gas dude you mean the valve goes where lol. You must be in Calif. to.

@dizziedallas I shot an attic space today with my IR... 152 degrees. Luckily it was a vacation rental, and I was able to put off going up there. Only ~88 deg upstairs... 75 down. Too much heat load on most systems.... well over design temps for the area.
I hate disconnects mounted to units. I have never seen flexible gas piping used on the outside of the unit. Everything out in the open is hard piped here, I think it's code and we don't have to many codes. Isn't that drain pan raining on them since it doesn't have a trap?

@tstatech It seem like there never a good spot for a disconnect on a packaged unit. You can use a gas flex on the outside were I live but install to code and maybe have the shut off on the right end.The p-trap is internal the only thing getting wet the roof.
