My head is Bloody... but unbowed...TonyaTko tribulations & Invictus & Why you Shouldnt give Up

You know how they say Misery loves Company? Well I am miserable, but here is why you shouldnt join me. I get so into my message that I recite some poetry.
It helped formed who I was to become and it inspired me on days where I felt I couldn't go on

This is the poem Invictus

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of Circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of Chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Asking tenants does help but be wary what people say, take it in stride. A lot of us landlords have tenants that will leave the window open and complain that there is no heat when the heat is on. Some times you fix things and then one of your tenants will go and break whatever is again.
