@evothefool - Mostly prevention. May you never have bad knees or joints.

More cardiovascular, raises heart rate, easier on the knees... look fitter... have nicer abs... hmm... I guess you must not be an OLDER dude like me yet. The day will come... gotta keep your knees and joints feeling good now versus later.
