  • @knabbers its not cheap enough. do you guys want autopilot cars in a couple of years or in a couple of decades?

  • @bloodaid They are about 13000 dollars now

  • In Google: Airborne aerial unmanned bulletproof combat drone of monitoring system.

  • are you fucking kidding me?

    make it cheaper!

    ALOT cheaper!

like at a maximum of 2000-dollars-cheap.

    I need one NOW!

  • 25 frames wouldn't seem choppy if it was constant. Usually when something goes to 25 fps frame rate is wobbling with some frames taking1/60th second per frame and some taking 1/4 of a second per frame.

Also, while all of your eye can only see about 25 fps, not all of your eye works at the same speed. The cones cells that detect light are slower, the rod cells that detect motion are faster. That is why to see motion well it can help to have 60 fps, which is what gamers like.

  • @blaflaggin

Why does 60 fps seem smooth and 25 fps seem choppy then?

  • the 3d camera pictured there is not technically "from" irobot. it is made for irobot from advanced scientific concepts in santa barbara.

  • You eyes can only see around 24-25 frames per second. So 30 will seem like fluid motion to us.

  • my bad typo 30 fps is still not alot

  • It was 30fps not 3. Thats some pretty clear motion.
