Is it just me, or does the "pink/black" combination make it seem 3 times as dated as the "real" version? Not necessarily a bad thing in this case.

I read somewhere that the brass at Atari explicitly forbade their programmers from using black backgrounds in games, with the exception of space games.

Someone hacked the background to be black. Looks more like the arcade game. Original version had a blue background.
