Is it available in the U.K. and how much? and can I get the internet on it anywhere without having to be on wifi which is not available here. I would also like to know if it gets the full internet with video and sound etc like spotify and youtube. I was going to get a Ubisurfer but it doesn't get spotify or youtube when not on wifi.
