Interestingly enough, Animated Cybertron Mode Ironhide (a repaint of this very same figure with a new head) is packaged in vehicle mode. So, they could have done that with this figure too, but for some reason chose not to.

and beast machines arcee both 07 movie arcee's (yes there were two) and of course (i know she's not a fan favorite but) rotf arcee

Punching Gimmick I believe is more for the Ironhide Remold that suppose to come out.
