My OTTB's second ride!

This is my second horse, he came off the track and now hadn't been ridden for a few weeks..but yesterday mum lunged him and I hopped on, and today I rode him off the lunge! And let me say what a SWEETHEART! I tried a TB for sale once, and I couldn't hold him, this guy is like a feather. Hes so cool! We even jumped! He is so neat! My lower leg slid forward a bit because he is SO powerful! I was getting used to him by the end, so today should be better. But I love him, hes great! And I jumped off of him, and right on to Teddy..Teddy's like my comfortable shoe, didn't feel like I was on a small pony at all, I love my boys! And for those who are wondering, I am still riding and competing Teddy, I just wanted a second horse. :)

My OTTB came with the name Convinient Memory..I'm not sure about it. Might change it. But his nickname is 'Con' or 'Con Man' Hes only three, and won a few races but didn't enjoy racing. He X-rayed 100% and came up from California. I payed for him,and mum paid for the shipping. :) he has an amazing racing pedigree! http://www.pedigreequery.com/convenient+memory

I am very impressesd with the OTTB i got.... he is smart, trusting and i was riding in the open with a hack by my third ride.... I love it..

Nice! OTTBs react so differently each time.. Ive seen some dancing around, loting, or just gettign really worked up, yet some are sooo relaxed. Iguess it all depends on how they were treated.... But good job!

STUNNING!I ride a ottb . Your horse is amazing! Love his legs they are so little i just think they are going to break every time he takes a step (i am not trying to be mean by saying that) : )

I hear ya same thing with my mare... i got her fresh off track pretty much and gave her few months off then sent her to a month training with my eventer instructor cause she was so mean lol...just now three months later i am comfortable with her and we wnjoy our rides together and prepping for shows... i am beginner rider though lol... ready teddy32 tb looks just like her but is way more relaxed and really cool...
