Sadly, most people don't seem to realize that there are dialects, yes, even in English. There is a difference between English spoken in America, English spoken in Australia, and English spoken in England (and I won't even go into the different breakdowns of English in various regions of those countries.)
Learn to open your ears and listen, and don't complain just because you can't understand, or because you feel you can't be understood. Fact of the matter is, you have to make an effort too.

@JasmineDuthie The country Australian vernacular is quite similar to this, even if there is hyperbole. To say you don't understand this is to say you don't understand an English dialect, hopefully in the 2 years since this comment your receptivity of this type of speech has changed.
