Not true. This would be true to those who have no understanding of Christianity and just go through it step by step without knowing what you are actually doing.

People get mad because they don't admit what the Ten Commandments clearly shows, which is that no one is innocent under God's standard. Then they try to justify themselves. But someone who is completely honest with themselves would just feel convicted. Used this for 4 years, have not been beaten up, nor been stumped on an argument.

@AnAsianBeliever Furthermore, the "bypassing of the intellect" is just so one would not get stuck on going around in circles arguing about different topics and avoid the main message, which is that everyone needs saving, and Jesus is the only one that can save you from your sins. That does not mean that you don't touch the intellect. I usually answer people's "intellectual" questions if they want to know the answer, but I don't dwell there for hours cuz I know that is not the main point.
