  • Actually, that weekend was the first ride on my new Turbo Vector. 2 strokes just don't cut it any more... :o)

  • So wait on snowmobiles 4-strokes are faster? Well then lol snowmobiles are completely different than ATVs...That is a new one to me D= that is very confusing...

  • Stock vs stock, in my experience, 2-strokes will be faster, 4-strokes will have more torque. Introduce BOOST to a 4-stroke, and you can build the engines stronger, but most importantly, more reliable than a 2-stroke. The turbo 2-strokes are wicked fast off the line and keep up with the boosted 4-strokes in a drag race, but I have yet to "see" a turbo 2-stroke beat a turbo 4-stroke in a "free-ride" climbing contest. The 4-strokes make more horsepower. I have a "wimpy" turbo 4-stroke at 280hp...

  • One more VERY important note. 4-strokes are much heavier! But, with that kind of power, once you hit the throttle the weight issue goes away and now your just trying to hang on! :o)

  • buddy of mine has a 08 dragon turbo...dynoed at 295hp he was at the big dawg shoot out beat 3 4 strokes apex's turboed and then had problems with his sled and such ended up he coudnt qualify his sled was running terrible after that but i bleive he would have won if his sled ran right... his sled is amazing (when it runs right).

  • A friend of mine just bought a Dragon. Next stop is the turbo shop. I can't wait to see it run. I've heard good things about the boosted Polaris 2-strokes.

  • bunch a idiots burnin a lotta gas and makin a lotta noise. damn i'm hateful.

  • which language is that... Redneck or English?

  • require 20hp every 100 hp and compressor starts with -40 hp in start and forlowing infuel intect which will decrese mostly you top speed and acceleration which is immportant for hillclimbing so yamaha without turbo won't climb at all yamaha sleds most of them requires alpine turbo kit sets or chargers. and 2012 articat models is worlds new topis same with rmk 600/800

  • @bigorangetrucker and if you think yamaha is the best you taking all wrong you FNG let's take exm: nitro Fx/mx

ok these 2 sleds are incredible powerful yes they are but let's go to point nitro does have 180hp with low charge intect and it requires 40hp for compresor most of nitro does have because without it it won't ramp it and bak it regulary ok you can trimm it up with turbo kits and burri cyllinders and trimm them chipp get over 500hp til 600 then it requirs high charge kit which will

  • good quality maximium acceleration i geared up my pro too just to get maximium acceleration 4 stroke are made for high hillclimbing but if you can ride well rmk then it's way better then 4 stroke faster acceleration and better grip in snow. the only good thing with 4 stroke is ok let's take hcr m1100 turbo he won't lose from 177hp-105 til it comes to the top alright polaris does but if articat miss grip on hill then it's nearly not possible to go stright up again which rmk can do.

  • @bigorangetrucker you haven't ridded a shit for 18 years you know i tell you one thing from my experienced time of sled driving even you got best ride you can fail same much as other person could have twice as bad as you have the main point is if you start complaining at sled then you can't drive for shit.

you know i bought this year new polaris pro 800 without turbo and one of my known people got hcr m1100 turbo with 177 hp and he isn't better driver i have been testing hi's ride too

  • I've been ridin for 18 years and I've never seen a polaris thats ran right. Ski Doo or bust.

I've owned polaris's, Arctic Cats and Ski Doos. polaris and Acrtic Crap can eat my snow dust cause they are both junk.

  • @saskatoonsafetyguy not at all his egts quit working on him and same with his boony box.

  • @WCRiderr That's because he popped a piston! Common problem for over boosted two strokes.
