Back in 2000, CN used to show 2 episodes of SGC2C on Sundays at Midnight. Once the two episodes were over, they'd show a few minutes of CP sketches to fill up the rest of the time.
Please forgive the audio/video/sync issues. The tape this is recorded onto is so old that I have trouble getting it to play at all. :(

I downloaded the episode where this vid originally came from, "Forbidden Socks", and it has that same background voice in it too! My guess it was one of the voice actors in the recording booth while they were doing voices.
