@theonlyalexoliveira snares that is...on toms you could spend a bit more, and don't use cheap condensers for overheads, that's where you get your fidelity.

@mcdizzal if you can't get a great snare sound with an Shure SM57, you need a new snare or new tuning...don't waste your time with expensive mics as far as drums are concerned.

dude nice playing! sounds great! i think i have this exact set and i know for sure i have the same snare. at that drum roll build at around 2:22 i would probably slow it down to 16th notes just to stay on beat and maybe make those 16ths rim shots (just to be snappy ;) you should have at least 50,000 views on this im surprised there aren't more
