If the first move connecting stuns, any follow up hit will be considered a "Counter Hit". Since some moves have stunning properties on counter hit, you can chain together mutiple moves that have stuns. However, stuns that leaves the opponent standing can be "shaken" out of by holding G and pushing 5 up/down/left/right directions, and in a stun combo you can pretty much only use one type of stun once (doing the same type would not cause stun animation again).

Only if there was a red flash on the first hit indicating counterhit.
