Smallville - Happy Ending? (Persona episode)

From the episode "Persona." I'm uploading this for a friend.

I think this could have been a "perfect ending" so to speak, if Lana had chosen to go with him instead of the real Clark.

Why? I didn't think of it at first, until I realized that this would give Bizarro a real purpose in life, and he would probably have lived happily. Doesn't a person deserve a chance to prove that he's changed?

Much more importantly though, Lana would have been happier with him.

The real Clark could have gone on to be a superhero like he's supposed to, and Lana would have had a better life than she would have with Clark.

Almost a perfect ending. If only Clark himself would realize that he could give her a better life if he tried too. Nothing is stopping him from it--he chooses his actions and how he will treat her.

I liked Bizzaro. But its like every story line that was meant for Lois they gave to Lana Lang.... Bizzaro was supposed to be obssessed with Lo-Is just like in the comics....

I completely agree with what you said about Bizzaro and Lana. I dont understand why Clark keeps holding back. I think this was a powerful episode because I think Lana knew Bizarro was right when he said he would devote himself to her in a way that Clark wouldnt and yet she loves Clark so much that she sacrificed her potential "happily ever after" with Bizzaro to save Clark and destroyed Bizzaro instead. She truly loves Clark and they could be soo happy together if only Clark would commit himself

I hate Lana.. if Bizarro Clark sees good in her then it's obvious that she's actually bad. Everything in Bizarro world is reversed remember! WAKE UP CLARK!

You're completely right, about the whole which one choice. if only the ending had been like that, not ruined by his death! agh it had to go on that extra few seconds didn't it! it should have ended at 2.27!
