all i'll say is I work at a kia dealership and I rarely see them in for anything more than routine maintenance

Are Kias reliable cars? Looks like a decent ride, but when I think of Kia, I think of "junky, at the shop all the time", etc.

So I just read MT magazines online compact segment comparison against dodge, honda, nissan, mazda with the 2014 forte coming at the top for overall value and performance. Excellent :) Go read that for yourself guys

Geez so many negative comments on this car when its not even out yet. Certainly the exterior is less reserved than previous model which I think is a good thing. The interior well not the worst and for me it would certainly be a step up in technology and materials from a 96 chevy. And hey ,it has all the usb and audio ports. So long as the arm rest is padded im fine. Not a bad car over all. Go kia!

Reall?? it would improve their position and actually help them to stop loosing money if they did. I mean, whilst I like Ford...Hyundai/Kia is doing a better job, and growing much faster then Ford which has been in decline for years now.

I co-manage a fleet of over 3000+ cars of all brands, our customers actually request Hyundai/Kia products and the reliability is better.
