it isn't an issue with a front brake caliper since it is easy to remove from the bracket. Rear cylinder might be an issue if the spring is in the way, but they are under 20 dollars to replace.

A brand new Phoenix System 4001 Brake Free impact tool, a premium Ingersoll Rand air chisel, and a dribble of PB Blaster took a very frozen 20 year old VW Beatle brake bleeder off with little effort. And some would still give most of the credit to the squirt of PB Blaster.

I coulda used that.. ended up getting overambitious and snapping off the bleeder screw head. :(
