Akatsuki Blitzkampf (or Akatsuki Denkō Senki) is a rather nice Doujin fighting game with gameplay more reminiscent to classic, more simplified fighting games (focusing more on space control and foresight than complex combos), but with enough depth to be a little creative with the game's relatively small roster of characters. The game has very nice spritework and fluid gameplay, and each character is distinct from one another. Characters possess numerous special attacks and can deflect and counter. This is the much-refined sequel to "Akatsuki Shisei Ichigo". It fuses Japanese and German concepts together.
The game has several unlockables to keep players interested and was also released in Japanese Arcades for Sega's NAOMI System and was titled "Akatsuki Blitzkampf Ausf. Achse". It featured slightly better visuals and the character "Perfecti".
I have this game it's perfect, combos, hyper moves, special moves...amazing.
