  • to be honest here my thoughts if god made mankind then who made god. He can jsut show up out of no were and if there some1 here that says other humands made god then who made the first human on earth?

  • @Jason29n My guess would be because he's here to answer questions about science, not theism, which is about as far as you can get from the topic of science. Plus, it's a rather personal question.

He probably also doesn't want to get caught up in the press, like Hawking did, and recognizes that people might change their opinions on (or argue for) topics of science or religion based on his answer, which is not very productive.

  • " No Comment "

That was the only correct answer if your looking for funds in the good old US of A

The real answer is " It's irrelevant " (A Big Magic Guy did it ) is no answer and worse .It's a show stopper for scientific inquiry

  • HOW COME HE NEVER ANSWERS THE DO YOU BELIEVE IN GOD QUESTION??

  • I believe through my observations that all information can alter in time, from Newton's infallibility crumbling to Quantum mechanics being seen as poppycock, science leads to innovation because there is no ultimate solution.

Religions have consistently proven inadequate in their output of solutions to problems, lie to build themselves up & manifest divisions amongst humanity.

God or Gods? (Personal, Deistic, Mono/Poly Theistic-ally) :

    NO.

To trust in the invisible is to sacrifice thought.

  • I think some scientists believe in "god", but not in a personal god or humanoid god.

Only "god" as the unified theory, a mathematical solution to everything XD

But there must be just as many "gods" as humans, because everyone has their different view on life. Even religious people.
