The right way to do pull ups is to go all the way down till ur shoulders lockout. This way u work ur back to the max.
All u doing is half pull ups.

i cant do that wide grip pull ups but i can do normal pull ups and chinups and u have to go all the way dow youre strong you can do it but .... do it 4 better result
