Guys you do realize that the kick anderson silva did vs victor belfort was a front kick and not a push kick? Two different mechanichs behind the both kicks.

I have watched a couple of these "academy" videos and have noticed very sloppy technique...every student is completely flat footed and stationary and you don't cross your hand during your kicks. Bad form
