Official Trailer | BIONICLE: The Legend Reborn ~ Mata Nui Promo

This is the new, official trailer for BIONICLE: The Legend Reborn, found over at and/or provided by Amazon. But this was trully discovered by ShieldOfAges, so be sure to give him credit as well. The point of uploading the same thing he did is to help spread the word of The Legend Reborn! Man this looks awesome. Of course I expected more from what I've seen from the Sneak Peaks, but really, this here trailer reminded me that there's much more to this than I thought.

You may also notice that the background music was also used in the trailer for BIONICLE: Web of Shadows. Maybe it's a new theme exclusively from BIONICLE, who knows?

And yes I DO capitalize the full word "BIONICLE," seriously, every true fan should. Greg says he does to because it IS trademarked in all-caps...

@799HEAD Hehe, actually... it's no retcon. Even from back in 2001, we've known that the island is named after Mata Nui, the deity the Matoran worshiped. In 2008, he awoke and destroyed the island as we learned he was a giant robot sleeping beneath it. Makuta possessed the robot, locked Mata Nui's spirit in the Mask of Life then flung him into space. As the mask crash-landed on Bara Magna, Mata Nui used this mask's power (of life) to create himself a new body made of sand, the form you see above.
