  • you had a acromioclavicular injury?what type?i ask because i currently have type 2 and i was wondering if yours look normal again.

  • I was lucky, just a grade one sprain. Mine looks perfectly normal now although it still gets a little tight on the decline. I've had to switch over to the smith machine whenever I want to go heavy on the decline.

  • how long did you stop working out for

  • I stopped benching for about 3-4 weeks. I still worked out my other muscle groups though and did a bit more cardio (on the bike).

  • @benzo22 that is about..looks like i have two mentos stacked under my skin

lost all my right hand strength..couldnt pull my socks up with my bicep.

here i am 5 weeks later benching what i was before and doing clean and jerk with 85 kilos..heavier thatn before.

so dont worry about the lump its just misalignment

as long as it works 100% dont care what it looks like ;)

    get well

never had so much fun trying to wipe my ass as i had the first few weeks haha

  • @GreyFighter23 hey man im still recovering from my grade 3 dislocation of the acj

i did it on the 7th of may and could not move my arm for three weeks

thats not listening to the docs.. i actually couldn even if i wanted to

then day by day it got better and better i was able to go from counter top to counter top pushin my arm into place and keeping it all lined up

a grade three is a tear of the AC and CC ligaments the cc ones being the juicey ones that bear alot of weight

    im left with a lump
